Running with ChatOllama

Disable OPENAI_API_KEY by setting the following two env variales: (without both of these env vars ollama complains about auth)

$ export OPENAI_API_KEY=ollama
$ export OPENAI_BASE_URL=<YOUR OLLAMA ENDPOINT>
